Stereo Sessions is picked at night when the air is cooler and our powerful, ripe Shiraz grapes are at their best. Harvesting in the dark is tiring and sometimes disorienting work so, blaring out of the tractor radio is a continuous playlist of pumped up classics to help keep us all in tune. This usually works but sometimes accidents happen. During one vintage 8 years ago someone added a super-ripe dried shiraz to the wrong tank and our Amplified Shiraz was born. There weren’t too many hands in the air when we asked who was to blame, but perhaps there should have been because this amplified, appassimento-style Shiraz is an absolute belter!
